The staff was helpful and printed train tickets. I appreciated their excellent English skills. The room offered a lovely view of a nearby church. The location near Kalvin Ter station was very convenient.

the location was acceptable, near public transportation options.

the room was small. the air conditioning barely worked , so it was hard to sleep. the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options such as watery orange juice and no dairy-free milk alternatives.. the lifts were also slow because one was out of service.

The breakfast included pancakes so that was alright I guess

The room was quite small. I also found the air conditioning lacking power so nights were a bit difficult to sleep through. Budapest in summer is not exactly known for its cool nights.

The reception staff were helpful. They spoke fluent English. They allowed us to store our luggage upon arrival, early. The same service was offered again when we were leaving. The location was very convenient. It provided easy access to public transport.

The room lacked tea or coffee making facilities. This was a slight inconvenience.
